What is this proposal?
We are proposing a network upgrade for the Crypto.org Chain mainnet crypto-org-chain-mainnet-1.
This newest Crypto.org Chain binary is an upgraded base on and which contain to the network, including support for Interchain Accounts, Relayer
Incentivisation, and NFT transfer over IBC. It also comes with 1) the
new modules and updates in Cosmos SDK 0.46, such as the implementation
of 5% MinCommissionRate, which serves as an incentive for validators to
create a sustainable validators ecosystem; 2) support for message-based
governance proposals, which execute the messages under the gov module
address; and 3) support for x/group module, allowing the creation and maintenance of on-chain multi-signature accounts.
